Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group is seeking hardworking individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians. This entry-level role focuses on mitigating water damage, restoring properties, and supporting customers in their time of need.

It’s a hands-on position with ongoing training, a supportive culture, and opportunities for long-term growth in restoration. You will assist with water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup, respond to emergency service calls, and operate safety-mindedly on

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces.
• Comfortable handling sewage with appropriate PPE.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mitigation efforts including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup

• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Document work performed using company technology and software
