Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) seeks motivated Mitigation Technicians to support clients after water damage. This entry‑level role offers hands-on training, a collaborative team culture, and a path for long‑term growth in property restoration.

You will assist with mitigation tasks, respond to emergencies, operate restoration tools safely, and help keep sites and vehicles organized. We provide health benefits, a 401K with company match, PTO, and paid mission days.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort working in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces.
• Willingness to work in on-call/after-hours rotations.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Support customers with care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mitigation including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup.
• Respond to emergency service calls with timely, professional service.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles.

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is looking for hardworking and service-minded individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians.In this entry-level role, you’ll help mitigate water damage, restore properties, and support customers in their time of need. This is a hands-on position that offers ongoing training, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for long-term career growth in the property damage restoration industry.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mitigation efforts including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
• Respond to emergency service calls, providing timely and professional service
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Document work performed using company technology and software
• Support the mitigation team in completing projects to standard and on schedule

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces
• Comfortable handling sewage with appropriate PPE
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
