Job summary

RestoPros of the Sandhills in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Mitigation Supervisor to lead a crew performing water, fire, mold, and smoke restoration. You will inspect sites, present solutions, and write estimates using Xactimate, coordinating with homeowners and insurance agents to keep projects on schedule.

Required are at least 4 years of mitigation experience with management responsibility and IICRC WRT certification; strong customer service, multitasking, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of mitigation experience, with leadership preferred.
• IICRC WRT certification required.
• Experience handling insurance claims and homeowners/adjusters.

Overview

RestoPros of the Sandhills (Fayetteville, Sanford, Pinehurst NC) provides comprehensive residential and commercial mitigation and restoration services, including remediation of water, smoke, mold, and fire damage. Responsibilities

• Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation services in accordance with industry specifications.
• Serve as the frontline responder for our company, inspecting sites, presenting solutions, and conducting restoration activities.
• Grow and supervise a team of mitigation technicians.
• Use Xactimate software to create proposals and write estimates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance agents throughout projects.
• Ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with managers on job status, scope, time, and resource status utilizing restoration management communications and documentation software.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and ensure all company equipment is well-maintained.
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in after-hours emergencies and the on-call schedule.
• Schedule crews and manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 year of mitigation experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• IICRC – WRT Certification at a minimum.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software.
• Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and ability to react quickly to situations.
• Experience with insurance claims and speaking directly with homeowners and adjusters.
• Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills.
• Project management experience with multiple jobs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
