ServiceMaster of Charleston is seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to oversee water, fire, and mold restoration projects from first response through completion, ensuring properties are stabilized quickly and restored to pre-loss condition while delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing water, fire, and mold mitigation projects.
• Strong communication with homeowners, coordinators, and adjusters.
• Willingness to participate in on-call emergency rotation.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mitigation projects from inspection to completion per IICRC standards.
• Direct crews and subcontractors for water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners and insurers with clear communication.
• Manage expectations and financial processes from scope to final walk-through.
• Coordinate multiple crews, schedules, and on-call rotations.
• Monitor moisture levels and equipment placement; ensure containment.
• Document project data using Xactimate, Docusketch, and ICAT.
