Job summary

SERVPRO is expanding its Mitigation Department and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead mitigation operations. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and team development, guiding estimators and technicians through fire, water, and other damages requiring reconstruction.

You will ensure clear communication with owners, managers, and clients, manage job costing and quality control, and drive customer satisfaction while adhering to safety policies. Travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in Construction Industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in challenging environments.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, set goals, and develop the division.
• Lead estimators and technicians in fire and water recovery projects.
• Maintain clear communication with owners, managers, and clients.
• Oversee project estimating, job costing, and quality control.
• Drive customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Support HR and training, including hiring and development.
• Ensure adherence to job and safety protocols.
