Job summary

Our Client in Marlborough, MA seeks an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to lead water damage mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and large-loss projects from initial assessment to completion.

You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and insurance contacts, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and align with IICRC standards. Travel to support large-loss sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mitigation projects and field teams.
• Strong knowledge of water extraction, drying, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Familiarity with IICRC restoration standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation and restoration projects from emergency response to completion.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and property owners.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
