Job summary

Restoration 1 of Leavenworth is seeking a driven Mitigation Project Manager to lead field operations across the greater Kansas City area. You will be the primary face on job sites, conducting initial scopes, presenting value, and guiding technicians to high-quality results.

With 3+ years in restoration and IICRC certifications, you will drive safety, standards, and customer satisfaction while managing schedules and data for accurate billing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on emergency water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration.
• Active IICRC WRT and ASD certifications required; additional certifications preferred.
• Ability to consult with customers on-site, handle pricing objections, and close agreements.
• Experience using moisture tools, thermal imaging, field documentation software, and basic estimating inputs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Consultation & Value Selling: perform initial assessments and secure signed Work Authorizations on-site.
• Field Execution & Scoping: translate field data into scopes, photos, and moisture readings for billing.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: train and mentor junior technicians; manage field schedules and inventory.
• Customer Experience & Documentation: serve as primary contact and log job progress in software.
