Job summary

24 Hour Flood Pros of Anchorage is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead emergency mitigation projects from start to finish in Anchorage, AK. You will direct field crews, marshal resources, and ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in mitigation/restoration, strong leadership, and IICRC WRT certification. This on-site role requires excellent communication and a proactive mindset to deliver customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mitigation/restoration or related field.
• Leadership or crew management experience required.
• IICRC WRT certification required; FSRT/ASD/AMRT preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mitigation operations across crews and sites.
• Inspect on-site to assess water, fire, or mold damage and plan steps.
• Create scopes, estimates, and plans using company standards.
• Lead and mentor technicians to ensure high performance.
• Maintain communication with customers, adjusters, and teams.
• Manage projects from start to finish within timelines and budgets.
• Ensure safety compliance (PPE, regulations).
• Oversee equipment setup, moisture readings, photos, and verifications.
• Review technician notes, photos, and logs for accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency improvements.
• Assist with inventory, equipment tracking, and resource allocation.
• Participate in on-call rotations, nights and weekends.
