Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. is seeking Lead Mitigation Technicians to join our field team in Forestdale, Alabama. You will report to the Mitigation Project Manager, help schedule daily tasks, supervise laborers, and ensure OSHA compliance on site.

You will perform demolition, set drying equipment, stock vehicles, and maintain clean sites. The role requires flexibility to work over 48 hours when needed and occasional on-call rotations during catastrophes.

Qualifications

• Experience in mitigation, demo, setting machines and containments.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• No felony convictions.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Mitigation Project Manager, attend daily meetings to determine the daily schedule and complete assignments.
• On-site demolition, setting drying equipment, and other assigned tasks.
• Direct laborers in daily tasks and document hours worked.
• Notify Superintendent when tasks are complete for payment processing.
• Stock work vehicles to ensure laborers have supplies.
• Maintain a neat, clean job site following OSHA requirements and policies.
