Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Manager in Baltimore to lead mitigation production teams, coordinate crews, and manage job scopes from start to finish. You will develop estimates, supervise subcontractors, and maintain rigorous safety and quality standards across commercial, residential and insurance projects.

You’ll staff crews, monitor profitability, and ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams, while coaching technicians on IICRC practices.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mitigation production and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of mitigation processes, equipment and materials.
• Ability to lead Crew Chiefs, Lead Technicians and Technicians.
• Excellent customer service and communication for residential, commercial and insurance clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple jobs, crews, schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage jobs from start to finish, including scheduling crews, reviewing scopes and ensuring work meets company standards.
• Develop accurate job estimates identifying required services, labor, materials and scope.
• Coordinate and monitor production and subcontractor work for quality and timely completion.
• Perform production work and site documentation as a Crew Chief when needed.
• Lead and coordinate production teams, assign work and train crew members on processes and safety.
• Manage customer communications, walk-throughs, re-services and updates to managers and teams.
• Ensure job documentation, photos, checklists and signatures are complete and organized.
• Control production costs and monitor profitability, equipment and facility upkeep, and safety compliance.
