SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee restoration projects and crews, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to scope. You will lead planning, communication, and execution from start to finish.

The role requires management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed. A strong customer-focus and attention to safety are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Must be able to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using company software.
• Negotiate project scope and estimates with customers/clients.
• Schedule and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors.
• Review site documentation to ensure client requirements and billing.
• Maintain effective written communication with customers, vendors, and insurers.
• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction, monitor online reviews.

As the Mitigation Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• IICRC certification a preferred
• Ability to travel on a moment's notice

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
