Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Chesapeake is seeking an experienced Mitigation Lead Technician to supervise and execute water mitigation, mold remediation, and other emergency restoration projects. You will lead technicians on site, perform extraction and drying, take moisture readings, set up containment, and ensure documentation and safety standards are met.

You should be able to communicate clearly with customers and management, maintain professional jobsites, and participate in the division's

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on water mitigation, mold, and remediation projects.
• Perform water extraction, cleaning, drying, and equipment setup.
• Take moisture readings and drying progress; document with photos/videos.
• Set up containment and follow safety protocols; ensure safety on site.
• Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites and report progress to PM.

Mitigation Lead TechnicianRainbow Restoration of Chesapeake is looking for an experienced Mitigation Lead Technician who knows how to get the work done right while helping lead the technicians working alongside them.This is a hands-on field leadership position.
