Job summary

You will prepare detailed Xactimate estimates for water mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, and other specialty services, coordinating with project managers and insurance adjusters to move claims forward. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restoration industry experience, preferably in mitigation estimating.
• Experience preparing estimates in Xactimate with strong documentation.
• Xactimate Level 1 and Level 2 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Xactimate estimates for water mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, biohazard cleanup and other services.
• Develop accurate estimates based on jobsite conditions, photos, moisture readings, labor, materials and industry standards.
• Review files for complete documentation before submitting estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters and owners to support estimates and invoices.
• Follow up on approvals, resolve scope or pricing disputes and maintain organized job files.
