Job summary

gpac is seeking a qualified Estimator with mitigation experience to join a top restoration team in the United States. The ideal candidate has a background in Mitigation/Restoration and can write accurate Xactimate estimates.

Responsibilities include creating and guiding the estimating process for reconstruction projects, managing multiple estimate platforms, educating customers, identifying scope of work, and maintaining clear communications with customers and third parties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Restoration Industry experience.
• Customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration estimating is a must.
• High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred).
• Proficient in Xactimate software.

Responsibilities

• Create and assist in the estimating process for reconstruction projects.
• Manage multiple platforms for estimate requirements.
• Educate customers on process.
• Identify and document project scope of work.
• Maintain customer, client, and third party communications.
