Job summary

gpac is seeking an Estimator with Mitigation experience for a top restoration company in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate has a Mitigation/Restoration background and must be proficient in writing Xactimate estimates to support reconstruction projects.

Responsibilities include managing estimate requirements across platforms, educating customers on the process, and documenting project scope while maintaining clear communications with clients and third parties.

Qualifications

• Customer service background is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in restoration estimating is essential.
• High school diploma or GED (degree preferred).
