Job summary

Barex of Atlanta in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking an experienced Restoration Supervisor (Crew Chief) to lead water mitigation projects and grow into sales and management. The role starts hands-on, working from the field, directing crew members, and ensuring safety and quality on each job.

Over time, successful candidates will transition to selling mitigation services, managing crews and schedules, and earning commissions.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of water mitigation or restoration experience.
• Crew Chief, Lead Technician, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead projects, communicate with customers, and represent the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation and restoration projects as a hands-on Crew Chief.
• Direct technicians, assign daily tasks, and ensure quality and safety.
• Complete job documentation, moisture readings, and equipment logs.
• Communicate progress with customers, project managers, and the office.
• Identify additional work and opportunities while on-site.
