This full-time, in-person role develops skills in inspection, estimation, and closing deals while overseeing mitigation projects from start to finish. Industry experience and leadership drive are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn restoration production and sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and inspect water, mold, and property-damage projects.
• Meet with property owners and explain the scope of work.
• Sell mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction services.
• Prepare estimates, work authorizations, and scopes.
• Oversee projects from inspection through completion.
• Coordinate field crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor timelines, labor, equipment, and costs.
• Maintain quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Document projects with photos, logs, and notes.
• Communicate with customers, adjusters, and teams.
• Identify additional restoration opportunities.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and margin.
