Barex of Atlanta is seeking an experienced Restoration Supervisor to lead water mitigation crews and grow into sales and management roles. The position starts as a hands-on Crew Chief, with progression to customer-facing leadership and project oversight as experience is demonstrated.

You will supervise technicians, ensure safety and quality, and document every job while exploring opportunities for additional work and commissions. This is a growth-focused role within Barex of Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of water mitigation or restoration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead water mitigation and remediation projects on site.
• Direct technicians and assign daily responsibilities.
• Maintain quality, safety, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Monitor equipment, materials, consumables, and labor hours.
• Complete job documentation: photos, moisture readings, equipment logs, daily notes.
• Communicate progress with customers, project managers, and the office.
• Identify additional work and opportunities while on-site.
• Provide customers with a professional and transparent experience.
