The role requires 2+ years in mitigation or estimating, strong communication, and proficiency with Xactimate and Microsoft Office. You will monitor file statuses, validate field docs, and ensure client requirements are met.

Formación

• 2+ years of SERVPRO experience or mitigation industry.
• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional tone.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor job file status
• Create Mitigation or Construction estimates depending on role
• Monitor job file audit status
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
• Review and validate initial field documentation
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process
