Job summary

IICRC is seeking an energetic Mitigation and Construction Estimator/Job File Coordinator to efficiently perform estimating and job file management in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor file status, prepare mitigation or construction estimates, ensure client requirements are met, and help finalize documentation for audits.

Strong communication and proficiency with Xactimate and Microsoft Office are required to succeed in this role in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SERVPRO experience or mitigation industry.
• 2+ years of experience construction estimating.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
