Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a motivated Job File Coordinator to support mitigation and construction estimating. You will monitor file status, create estimates, and ensure client requirements are met, with strong attention to detail and audit readiness.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SERVPRO or mitigation, 2+ years in construction estimating, and proficient MS Office skills. High school diploma/GED and Xactimate experience are required or preferred.

Job File Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status
• Create Mitigation or Construction estimates depending on role
• Monitor job file audit status
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
• Review and validate initial field documentation
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

• 2+ year(s) of SERVPRO experience or mitigation industry
• 2+ years of experience construction estimating
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
