SERVPRO of Mobile County in Houston is seeking a Mitigation and Construction Estimator/Job File Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role combines estimating with diligent job file management to ensure accurate, on-time project documentation and audit readiness.

Ideal candidates have SERVPRO experience and construction estimating expertise, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• 2+ year(s) of SERVPRO experience or mitigation industry.
• 2+ years of experience construction estimating
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate initial field documentation

Job File Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status
• Create Mitigation or Construction estimates depending on role
• Monitor job file audit status
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
• Review and validate initial field documentation
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

• 2+ year(s) of SERVPRO experience or mitigation industry
• 2+ years of experience construction estimating
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task

Formal Education/Training
