SERVPRO of Mobile County is seeking an energetic Mitigation and Construction Estimator to efficiently create estimates and manage job files in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of SERVPRO or mitigation experience and construction estimating, strong communication, and proficiency with Xactimate and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• 2+ years SERVPRO experience or mitigation industry.
• 2+ years of experience construction estimating.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with courtesy and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor job file status.
• Create Mitigation or Construction estimates.
• Monitor job file audit status.
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
• Review and validate initial field documentation.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit.

Job File Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status
• Create Mitigation or Construction estimates depending on role
• Monitor job file audit status
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed
• Review and validate initial field documentation
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit process

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

• 2+ year(s) of SERVPRO experience or mitigation industry
• 2+ years of experience construction estimating
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)

Formal Education/Training

• High school diploma/GED
• Xactimate
