SERVPRO of North Mobile County in Mobile, AL is seeking a proactive Mitigation and Construction Estimator and a parallel Job File Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. You will handle estimating and job file management to keep projects on track.

The role requires 2+ years in mitigation or estimating, strong communication, and proficiency with Xactimate and Microsoft Office. You will monitor file statuses, validate field docs, and ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SERVPRO experience or mitigation industry.
• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional tone.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
