Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems.
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization.
• Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (both written and verbal).
• Track record of ownership and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify and solve complex business and operational challenges, thinking both strategically and tactically.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve end-to-end processes.
