Job summary

Amazon's Pathways Operations Leadership Development Program seeks MBA/Master's grads to lead cross-functional teams, manage people, processes, and technology, and drive improvements across a global network.

Participants work on real business initiatives, gain visibility with senior leaders, and develop strategic leadership capabilities within a three-year program across diverse sites and geographies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems.
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization.

• This application is for currently enrolled students in the MIT-LGO program only; there are no exceptions.

• This role is for Pathways positions at Amazon operations facilities across the United States. Successful candidates will work with their recruiter to be matched to a site prior to receiving an offer.
• Annual full-time Pathways cohorts start between January and July. This position is for starts in 2027.
