Qualifications

• MBA required with concentration in operations.
• Background in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years business experience – knowledge of medical products a plus
• Structured, process and results oriented work style.
• Project management experience is a plus
• Ability to build and manage relationships across the organization
• Willingness to interact with middle, senior & executive management

Responsibilities

• Diagramming and evaluating existing processes; developing metrics for measurement.
• Collecting data to identify root causes and measure performance against requirements.
• Aligning improvement to performance shortfalls; surveying best practices for methods.
• Developing business cases to support projects and creating executive level reporting.
