Job summary

Amazon MBA Leadership Development Program (MLDP) offers a three-year accelerated leadership path in North America Stores, with rotation through business ownership, product, and operations roles in Seattle. You’ll gain P&L accountability, stakeholder sponsorship, and the chance to build AI-enabled capabilities within Amazon Stores.

Program aims to develop enterprise leaders who can shape the customer experience at scale while working with senior leaders and mentors.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an MBA program with anticipated graduation dates between December 2026 and June 2027, or have graduated within the past 24 months.
3+ years of full-time industry work experience prior to starting your MBA, or 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA.
Experience in strategic financial management, P&L ownership, or business development.
Experience translating data and customer insights into strategic business decisions.
Background in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or product management.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally and lead through ambiguity.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end, category P&L ownership including pricing, vendor strategy, and profitability.
Define product roadmaps and launch customer-facing experiences while influencing outcomes across teams.
Own buying strategies, optimize supply chain performance, and align operations with long-term objectives.
