Job summary

Amazon's Pathways Operations internship offers a 12-week program embedded in a state-of-the-art Fulfillment Center, Sort Center, Delivery Station, or Amazon Air site, where you will lead a strategic project and present findings to senior leadership.

You will work alongside operations teams to identify process improvements, analyze workflows, and gain hands-on problem-solving experience while shadowing managers and participating in cross-functional meetings.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or Master's degree program.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Ability to commit to a 12-week summer 2027 internship.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic operational improvements
• Lead data-driven projects that optimize supply chain processes and enhance the customer and associate experience
• Analyze complex business challenges and develop scalable, innovative solutions
• Engage in cross-functional teamwork to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to operational efficiency and strategic decision-making processes

Education

MBA or Master's degree program

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
