WellRithms, Inc., a healthcare and litigation support company, seeks an experienced in-house counsel to manage Missouri workers’ compensation litigation. The role emphasizes handling matters from inception to resolution within a dynamic, high-impact team.

The successful candidate will oversee case management, draft pleadings and motions, and represent the company at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Competenze

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Missouri license to practice law.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in workers’ compensation law and litigation.
• Must reside in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area.
• Proven expertise in trial advocacy, appellate litigation, and state rules of evidence.

• Case management of Missouri workers’ compensation matters from intake to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs; attend hearings and trials as required.
• Navigate appellate issues and file appeals before administrative bodies or courts.
• Engage with opposing counsel, insurers, and stakeholders to secure favorable settlements.
• Collaborate with paralegals, medical experts, and internal teams for trial and risk management.
