James River Church is seeking an organized administrator to coordinate all aspects of Missions trips under the direction of the Missions Coordinator. You will handle planning, pricing, and coordination with team leaders.

Responsibilities include staffing mission booths, managing team lists, scheduling meetings, and ensuring documentation, travel logistics, and budgeting are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of general clerical experience.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures; English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and price all mission trips.
• Collaborate with the Missions Coordinator on trip selection, team leaders, and trip cost.
• Coordinate mission volunteers and staffing for booths.
