Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-272 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will apply analytic techniques to evaluate objectives, analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules, and support program and product acquisitions.

You will collect, organize and interpret data related to aircraft/weapon/program acquisitions, track status and schedules, and apply government processes for documentation, change control and data management. U.S.

Qualifications

• Journeyman with 3–10 years of combined experience in program analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Experience with financial planning, spend plans, and data management.
• Knowledge of government processes for documentation and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) for the IPT, managing all SPIDs and real-time spend updates.
• Monitor and accelerate program funding execution to meet targets.
• Perform complex financial analysis, forecast needs and generate leadership reports.
• Maintain IPT master spend plan and reconcile data across sources.
• Apply PANMC, RDT&E, and OMN funding rules to support financial planning.
