ICR, Inc. is hiring a Mission Systems Integration Engineer to join our Combat Assessment team in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on integrating mission capabilities, translating customer needs into tasks, and delivering practical, field-tested solutions for national security challenges.

Ideal candidates bring TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of IC/DoD experience, and hands-on coding in Python/Angular/Java, with strong communication and proactive problem solving skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 8+ years of IC/DoD/DoW analyst experience.
• 5+ years using common DoD analysis and visualization applications.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership and customers.
• Excellent customer engagement and proactive problem solving.
• High initiative with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to introduce innovative solutions to mission challenges.

Responsibilities

• Join the Combat Assessment Mission Systems Integration Engineering team to develop and integrate capabilities into workflows.
• Translate customer needs into actionable development tasks and provide onsite expertise through scripts, models and automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across DoD tools and data to close mission gaps.
• Travel as required for exercises, surge events and customer support needs.
