Job summary

ICR, Inc. is seeking a Mission Integration Engineer-Targeting SME to join our team in CONUS locations including Aurora, CO. The role involves integrating targeting capabilities, translating customer needs into development tasks, and delivering mission-focused solutions with frequent travel to customer sites.

The ideal candidate will hold an Active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 8+ years of IC/DoD targeting experience, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Mission Integration Engineer-Targeting SME

Position Description / Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ICR is a rapidly growing employee-owned company focused on delivering innovative solutions to the U.S. Government’s hardest problems. Join our combat support/targeting application development team to help build the next generation of mission technologies that support national security.

ICR is seeking experienced targeting experts to join our development team. Stationed at corporate locations with regular travel to customer sites, this team supports local operational requirements while integrating multiple capabilities with Intelligence Community and DoW tools, services, and data.

The team develops and integrates capabilities into combat support/targeting workflows, translates customer needs into actionable development tasks, and provides expertise through scripts, models, automations, and other technical approaches that close mission-limiting capability gaps. Ideal candidates are broad in their intelligence experience, highly motivated, and skilled at solving complex operational problems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within small teams are essential. Travel may be required for exercises, surge events, and other customer support needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Broad community knowledge of sensors, weapons & tactics, and intelligence disciplines, with the ability to communicate and leverage ISR expertise for team and customer benefit.
• Experience processing, visualizing, and coordinating data collection, including tasking and procedural workflows.
• Utilization of industry modeling, planning and/or specific support systems is a huge plus.
• Understanding of Agile development practices and the ability to serve as a product owner for established requirements.

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $210,000 (depending on experience)
