Job summary

ICR, Inc. seeks a Mission Engineer to join the Sensor to Shooter team at Beale AFB, CA. The role focuses on developing and integrating mission-focused capabilities, capturing customer needs, and delivering onsite expertise to support national security objectives.

Ideal candidates have a TS clearance with SSBI/SCI, multiple years in IC/DoD analysis, and experience with DoD analysis/visualization tools. Travel may be required to support exercises and surge requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SSBI and SCI access.
• 5+ years of IC/DoD analyst experience.
• 5+ years of mission capability experience.
• 5+ years of experience with common DoD analysis and visualization applications.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with peers, leadership, and customers.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems.
• Demonstrated ability to bring new or innovative solutions to problems.

Responsibilities

• Join our Sensor to Shooter Mission Engineering team at Beale AFB, CA to create and integrate capabilities into workflows, capturing customer needs and providing onsite expertise.
• Develop scripts, models, automations, and other techniques to overcome mission-limiting capability gaps.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and customers and travel as required to support exercises and surge needs.
