Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Test Engineer to join a cross-functional Agile Scrum team delivering geospatial intelligence software. A Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, with the ability to pass a Polygraph, and you will work with engineers, product managers, systems engineers, and mission experts to ensure reliable, secure software through robust testing in a DevSecOps environment.

You will lead test planning and execution, develop automated and manual tests, and help integrate testing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to pass a Polygraph examination.
Certifications such as ISTQB, CASTP, CAST, CSTE, or Security+ preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, development, and execution of test strategies across multiple Agile sprints.
Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases for new and existing capabilities.
Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and Scrum Masters to define acceptance criteria.
Validate application performance, reliability, security, and usability across CI/CD pipelines.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects to resolution; support CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.
Contribute to continuous process improvement to enhance Agile team effectiveness.
