Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Test Engineer to join a geospatial intelligence capability and support critical national security missions. This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph ability.

You will work within a cross-functional Agile Scrum team to drive quality throughout the software lifecycle in a DevSecOps environment. The position involves leading test planning, designing automated and manual tests, and integrating testing into CI/CD.

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to pass a polygraph.
  • US citizenship required.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB, CASTP, CAST, CSTE, or Security+ preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, design, development, and execution of test strategies across multiple Agile sprints.
  • Design and maintain automated and manual test cases for new and existing capabilities.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing; validate performance, security, and usability.
  • Define acceptance criteria and track defects; integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and continuous process improvement.
