Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with production responsibility.
• Strong Python and C++ skills with ability to work in either language.
• 5+ years in Linux-based environments, including bare-metal hardware.
• Ability to diagnose across system boundaries without full visibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel ~15% for field testing and integrations.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own fielded system success and ensure health and uptime of deployed imaging systems.
• Build and extend modular production services for edge devices.
• Support field operations by diagnosing issues on deployed hardware.
• Represent the team externally in integrations with products and customers.
• Maintain end-to-end system understanding across hardware, firmware, networking, and software.
• Collaborate across firmware, hardware, and platform engineers.
