Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Space Vehicle Verification and Validation Lead to deliver a fully qualified system ready for launch. You will oversee integration of spacecraft bus to payloads, ground system, and launch vehicle while planning and executing the test program for system-level tests.

The role requires leadership, deep systems engineering expertise, and the ability to produce verification reports. A TS/SCI clearance is preferred, relocation may be provided, and you will join a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Background in systems engineering fundamentals including requirements derivation, verification and validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to earn trust and maintain positive customer relationships.
• US Govt TS/SCI clearance capability sought.

Responsibilities

• Create and own system-level spacecraft verification plans and execution.
• Support launch site system testing, including payload and launch vehicle integration.
• Develop product line verification plans and roll-up deliverables.
• Deliver verification reports that ensure launch and operational readiness.
• Ensure all payload interface requirements are met and spacecraft is ready for count-down.
• Verify end-to-end functionality of system including ground system compatibility.
