Scale AI is seeking a Mission Product Specialist to shape the product strategy behind Thunderforge's ModSim and planning-tool integrations across our strategic partners. You will define how the tool chain should evolve for planners at PACOM, EUCOM, NORTHCOM, and other commands, while staying grounded in technical reality.

You are a strong fit if you bring JPP credibility, a strategic eye for planner workflows, and hands-on ModSim/technical fluency to support the build when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Joint Planning Process (JPP) credibility is required.
• Strategic eye for product and planner workflows is essential.
• Hands-on ModSim/technical fluency to support builds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and support product strategy for Thunderforge's ModSim and planning-tool integrations, bringing JPP expertise to roadmap discussions.
• Propose process and product improvements based on planner workflows, feedback, and adoption metrics.
• Partner with product teams to define observability and telemetry improvements for the program.
• Represent PACOM, EUCOM, NORTHCOM, and other partners' needs through proactive communication and execution.
• Help triage incidents and contribute to postmortems and status visibility.
