Job summary

Scale AI is hiring a Mission Product Specialist to shape the product strategy behind Thunderforge's ModSim and planning-tool integrations across our strategic partners.

This role sits at the intersection of joint military planning and product judgment - you'll define how the tool chain should evolve for planners at PACOM, EUCOM, NORTHCOM, and other commands, and stay close enough to the technical build to keep that strategy grounded in reality.

Responsibilities

• Own and support product strategy for Thunderforge's ModSim and planning-tool integrations, bringing JPP expertise and planner insight to roadmap and prioritization discussions
• Propose process and product improvements based on planner workflows, feedback, and adoption metrics
• Partner with product teams to help define and improve observability and telemetry for the program
• Represent PACOM, EUCOM, NORTHCOM, and other strategic partner's needs through proactive communication and detail-oriented execution
• Work with product and engineering teams to surface integration and reliability gaps that inform strategy and priorities
• Support hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of ModSim and data-integration environments
• Help triage and diagnose incidents, contributing to postmortems and status visibility through resolution
