Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly technical Mission Operations Engineer to lead deployment, integration, and day-to-day operational success for intelligence systems in Reston, VA.

You will train operators, bridge gaps to engineering, and build trust with military stakeholders to ensure high system adoption. This execution-focused role requires a mission-first mindset, ability to work independently in unstructured environments, and strong software/systems literacy with IP networking

Qualifications

• Strong software and systems mindset; ability to configure software, troubleshoot, and understand IP networking.
• Experience in training operators/administrators of communications devices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with military stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, configuration, deployment, and integration of systems.
• Design and deliver hands-on training to military, security, and tactical operators.
• Translate operator workflows and software issues back to engineering teams.
• Build relationships with military officers and end-users to ensure high adoption and identify future needs.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and legal teams to ensure project delivery.
