Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer for its Intelligence Systems in Reston, VA. You will own both hardware and software aspects of our system, working closely with customers in the field and remotely to ensure seamless integration and operation of all systems.

Responsibilities include end-to-end hardware setup, software configuration, system pre-configuration, and real-time troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret SCI clearance required.
• Strong Linux system configuration and administration experience.
• Knowledge of basic DC electrical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficient with hands-on hardware assembly, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end hardware setup and software configuration for systems.
• Pre-configure systems and ensure seamless integration with program infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues with analytical problem solving in the field.
• Author training docs and end-user instructions.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking environments including firewalls, routers, switches, and cloud environments.
