Nominal seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to bridge Nominal's software with real-world government deployments. You will own project lifecycles, coordinating with federal stakeholders to tailor deployments for DoD, DOE, and NASA, while ensuring training and support for end users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical project management or product development lifecycles.
• Experience navigating U.S. government processes and regulations.
• Clear, persuasive written and oral communication with senior leaders.
• Ability to understand complex systems and maintain attention to detail.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own entire project lifecycles and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate technical and bureaucratic complexity into actionable program plans.
• Deploy Nominal's tech to government networks and real-world environments.
• Build productive partnerships with government stakeholders and integrators.
• Train and support users; drive continuous product improvement.
• Serve as a bridge between Nominal and customers to ensure alignment.
• Be prepared to travel as needed and maintain mission focus.
