Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Mission Operations Engineers to manage customer accounts and deploy radar and integrated sensor capabilities across multiple locations. You will work closely with product, engineering, sales, and logistics to ensure mission success.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, field deployment, and collaboration with military and allied customers. A security-clearance-eligible background is essential, with heavy travel and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• For software/analysis focus: experience in scripting/automation or data pipelines; willing to travel occasionally.
• For integration/field focus: basic CLI familiarity; not required to write software.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager or on-site lead delivering radar and sensor capabilities to US allies.
• Monitor radar performance, network connectivity, and sensor fusion across sites (on-site or remote).
• Capture user feedback on detection, tracking, and UI/UX; work with teams to improve features.
• Lead site standups and coordinate logistics for deployments and field exercises.
• Develop and maintain tooling for remote monitoring and diagnostics; build self-service diagnostics.
