Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Deployment Lead for the USSOCOM System Integration Partner Program on the Air Defense team. You will deliver and sustain capabilities that meet mission requirements, supervise cross-functional deployment activities, and represent Anduril to customers with professionalism and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain.
• Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
• Experienced in the creation and upkeep of documentation for new or developing processes.
• Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a culture of influence through relationships.
• Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including periodic overseas and hazard zone travel.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and execution: orchestrate site installations, tests, demonstrations, and training events with cross-functional teams.
• Relationship management: build trust with customers and partners through effective communication and accountability.
• Mission expertise: develop deep knowledge of customer mission requirements and CONOPS to guide engineers.
• Product expertise: gain thorough understanding of SOCOM’s Family of Systems and forecast performance across threat profiles.
