Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Mission Operator to orchestrate deployment of our hardware-software C2 products for USMC missions. You will collaborate with engineering, logistics and operations to deploy, train users, and ensure product performance in field environments.

Own customer relationships, hit commercial targets, and translate mission needs into product requirements. A security clearance or higher is required, with willingness to travel 25–50% to support customers

Qualifications

• Experience in program management and product deployment.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements.
• Willing to travel 25–50% as needed.
• Secret Clearance or above required.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a customer-facing Account Manager capacity with the USMC.
• Develop and deploy Anduril C2 hardware-software products.
• Own contract deliverables, measures of performance, and user roadmaps.
• Design feedback loops to improve user workflows and features.
• Collaborate with other services and commands to drive adoption.
• Provide input to engineering and program teams to prioritize features.
