Job summary

Peraton in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Process Engineer to join our Cyber Mission unit. This full-time role supports a major enterprise contract for the Intelligence Community, requiring 1880 hours per year and work at a government site.

You will drive process improvement across knowledge management, documentation, and program management, applying Lean Six Sigma and PMI practices, with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15 years of process improvement experience.
• Five years' experience in facilitation, training, and change management in large contracts.
• Knowledge of process engineering, workflows, and requirements analysis.
• Experience documenting processes and improvement efforts.
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and documentation management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge management and documentation maintenance.
• Implement a Document Review Panel and maintain its charter.
• Support program management functions and build processes.
• Analyze problems to identify technical solutions and automation options.
• Prepare responses for government data calls and create representations of strategy alignment.
• Design, maintain and update documents including web resources, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Ensure documentation compliance with agency policies.
• Provide analytic support to identify gaps in cyber operations and strategies.
• Collect, record, transcribe data to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Lead interviews and coordinate cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Respond timely to requests for information.
• Evaluate existing processes and plan improvements; apply Lean Six Sigma and PMI methods.
