Job summary

Peraton is hiring a PMO Systems Administrator in Annapolis Junction, MD, to join the Cyber Mission business unit. You will support the Program Management Office on a large enterprise contract, handling IT systems, troubleshooting, and daily operations at a contractor site.

The role requires 5 years of SA experience, DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 (Security+), and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. You will work in a fast-paced environment with physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years' experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Must meet DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 1 requirements (Security+ at a minimum).
• Computer Network Operations - Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures.
• Information Assurance - Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation. Architecture development and design. Risk Assessments. IA Metrics gathering.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems for PMO IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes; support deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Configure and manage Windows operating systems; install/load OS software; monitor performance and security.
• Support escalation communications to agency management and internal customers; support secure/unclassified systems; hardware maintenance as needed.
• Assist with physical tasks related to IT hardware, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in server rooms or under raised floors.
