Peraton is hiring a PMO Systems Administrator (SA) to join our Cyber Mission team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role supports the Program Management Office on a large enterprise-wide contract for the Intelligence Community.

You will provide support for IT systems, desktop and network devices, and Tier 1/2 help desk; configure Windows and manage security processes. TS/SCI with polygraph is required; physical tasks may be necessary in server rooms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Must meet DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level 1 requirements (Security+ at a minimum).
• Computer Network Operations - at least 1 year in modern operating systems and network architectures.
• Information Assurance - at least 1 year in certification/accreditation, architecture development and design, risk assessments, IA metrics gathering.
• Experience patching and upgrading network switches, installing software on desktops, creating/editing security groups.
• Ability to perform physical tasks with IT hardware maintenance (up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsabilidades

• Support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support and problem resolution.
• Escalation/status communication to agency management and internal customers.
• Support for secure and unclassified systems and hardware issues.
• Configure/manage Windows OS; install/load OS software; OS hardening and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot/network components; improve reliability and performance.
• Compliance with security requirements and DoD directives.
